Hi, I’m Beth!

I founded BXWalker Consulting after nearly a decade working across high-growth DTC brands, enterprise retail, and complex B2B organisations - where I saw firsthand how often CRM was underutilised. It was being treated as a channel for sending emails, rather than the powerful revenue driver it has the potential to be.

Having led CRM strategy in-house and consulting, I understand both the commercial pressure businesses operate under and the operational realities behind the scenes. That balance shapes how I work today — strategic in direction, hands-on in execution, and always commercially focused.

I specialise in building lifecycle and automation systems across platforms such as Bloomreach, Klaviyo, Braze, HubSpot, Marketo and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. But for me, the platform is never the starting point — the customer journey is.
